Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Vinci Studio, a platform by DigiDrub that connects an in-house team of professional creators with clients (businesses, professionals, and individuals) seeking digital services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern how you access and use our platform, website, mobile applications, and services (collectively called “The Vinci Studio” or “Platform”).

By registering or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility to Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use The Vinci Studio.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Use of the Platform must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

  • You must create a free account with accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your username and password secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

  • You cannot transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

  • You can browse, contact, and purchase services offered by Creators.

  • Payments are made in advance and securely processed via our integrated payment partners.

3. Services and Orders

  • Clients can place orders by selecting an existing service offered by us.

  • When a Client purchases a service, an Order is created. This is a contract between the Creator and Client.

  • Once the Creator delivers the work, the Client has a review period to approve or request revisions. If no action is taken, the order is automatically marked as “Completed.”

4. Payments

  • Payment is made upfront when placing the order.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  • A small processing fee may apply depending on the payment method used.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Unless otherwise stated:

    • Clients own the final delivered work after payment is completed.

    • We retain rights to portfolios, samples, and drafts unless agreed differently.

6. Community Standards and Prohibited Behavior

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or discrimination.

  • Sharing personal contact info to bypass the platform.

  • Plagiarized, illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

  • Forcing off-platform communication or payments.

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.

7. Order Issues, Revisions, and Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied. Here’s how issues are handled:

Revisions:

  • Clients can request changes if the delivered work doesn’t match the order scope.

  • Revisions are not unlimited unless specified in the Project description.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be mutually canceled by both parties before delivery.

  • If delivery is delayed or incomplete, Clients can request cancellation with proper justification.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed under the sole discretion of The Vinci Studio.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or any law.

  • Attempt to defraud other users or the platform.

You may close your account anytime, but open orders must be completed or resolved first.

9. Platform Availability and Limitations

  • We strive to ensure our Platform is available 24/7.

  • However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur.

  • The Vinci Studio is not liable for loss due to downtime, service delays, or data loss.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our services, or your relationship with The Vinci Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.
